I stayed in a Queen Room and let me tell you, the bed was surprisingly comfortable! The location was perfect for walking to nearby attractions like the falls and restaurants. Plus, the hotel was clean.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from various attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Casino Niagara. I appreciated the included parking, which made it easier for us to explore the area without worrying about our vehicle. The bed in our room was surprisingly comfortable, allowing us to rest well after a long day of sightseeing.

Liked a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave in the room. The jewel in the crown was amazingly nice and very welcoming staff. The location was great and stunning for Niagara Falls, very close to the casino and all the attractions, the main activities and the falls and Clifton Hill amusements;)))

Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. Had pleasant 3 nights here. The staff were respectful at all times. The location was excellent, at a short distance from a commercial casino. The area was crowded just off downtown Niagara Falls and popular tourist attractions.

The location stands out, just a short walk from Clifton Hill and the Falls. Free parking made exploring the area hassle-free. The bed felt surprisingly comfortable after long days out. WiFi signal was weak. Shower temperature was tricky to adjust. Staff were quick to address our concerns, but some areas felt neglected. Not the place for luxury, but adequate for budget travelers.

The bathroom fixtures could use a complete overhaul!!! WiFi was practically non-existent!!! A missing remote and limited electrical outlets add to the inconvenience!!!

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was a mixed bag. The beds were comfy, and I loved the spaciousness of the room with four chairs and a table. But the bathroom had unfinished plaster, and the carpet felt old and grimy. The pool was a letdown since it had no water in it. Still, the AC worked well, and free parking was a plus if you plan to explore nearby!
